Rita Verdugo is a real estate agent with Icon Real Estate Group in the Eugene and Springfield areas. She and her husband moved to Oregon in 2003 to raise their growing family. They were so attracted to the beautiful state and the healthy and grounded lifestyle it offered. Rita's professional services have always been characterized by consistent attention to detail and dedication to self-improvement.
 
Rita's real estate career first began in 1999 when living in California.  Upon moving to Oregon, Rita followed her heart and enrolled into the University of Oregon, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in General Social Sciences. After graduating with a 3.75 GPA, full of knowledge and desire, Rita decided to get back into the real estate world! Her continuous dedication to learning, attention to detail, and self-improvement ensures that she will take care of her clients every step of the way. Integrity and honesty are most important to Rita and she makes sure that those two things are the foundation of her professional relationships with buyers and sellers. Rita is passionate about her local community, and considers it an honor to be able to connect aspiring families and homebuyers to the best properties in the area.

When she isn't focused on turning homeowner dreams into a reality, Rita can be found taking wildlife photography, whipping something up in the kitchen, and enjoying hikes through the astonishing nature of the area. Most importantly, she does all of this with the company of her husband and four beautiful children.
