My name is Neal Benson and I am very proud to be a Broker at ERG. My wife and I moved to Eugene 11 years ago from Florida. Why, you ask? My wife didn't like the heat and humidity and we were looking for a new adventure. It was truly the best decision we've ever made. We love Oregon!

In my career of over 20 years in the banking and financial services industry, I have assisted and advised clients in successful personal and business decisions and learned to understand the impact of those decisions on the lives of you and your family. I would like to translate that into helping you find your dream home or sell your current home for its highest value.

One of my passions is long distance running. I have completed 14 full marathons and over 100 half marathons. Long distance running requires preparation and planning for a successful outcome. I have also coached runners from their first steps to completing a marathon. I would love to do the same with your real estate search. I am detail oriented and will be able to deliver a perfect plan that meets your family's needs.

My other passion is visiting the many wineries in the area. My wife and I write a winery blog detailing the "experience of tasting wine at its source" Once your home buying adventure is complete, I hope you will join us for a visit to some of our favorite spots.
